shall be given based on Run-Of-House(ROH). It simply
means whatever type of rooms available on the check
in date. It may be Deluxe Jungle View or Deluxe River

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed
with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s
charges for the total room reserved to be deposited
into the resort’s bank account which shall be
advised during the confirmation stages. |

The Resort shall not be liable
for non-performance of the above offer when such non-performance
is attributed to labour troubles, disputes, or strikes,
accidents, government regulations upon travel or transportation,
non-availability of food, beverages or supplies, riot,
national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether
enumeration herein or not which beyond the reasonable
control of the Resort, preventing or interfering with
the resort performance. |
100% charges of the total revenue(100% charges
for the total rooms/package reserved inclusive of meals) shall
be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made
within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO
SHOW.
