for non-performance of the above offer when such non-performance
is attributed to labour troubles, disputes, or strikes,
accidents, government regulations upon travel or transportation,
non-availability of food, beverages or supplies, riot,
national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether
enumeration herein or not which beyond the reasonable
control of the Resort, preventing or interfering with
the resort performance. |
CANCELLATION
POLICY :
100% charges of the total revenue(100% charges
for the total rooms/package reserved inclusive of meals) shall
be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made
within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO
SHOW.
MEAL RATES
Meal rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge
and 5% government tax.Meal rates are based on per person per
meal for selected restaurants only.

FLIGHTS
DETAILS
There are 4 direct flights per week i.e.
Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday that leaves Kota Kinabalu
about 12 noon and is 45 minutes flight with MAS fokker50 aircraft
and Return are same days at about 2 pm.
There are also daily direct flight to Mulu via Miri.
