The Resort shall not be
liable for non-performance of the above offer
when such non performance is attributed to labour
troubles, disputes, or strikes, accidents, government
regulations upon travel or transportation, non-availability
of food, beverages or supplies, riot, national
emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether
enumeration herein or not which beyond the reasonable
control of the Resort, preventing or interfering
with the resort performance. |
100% charges of the total revenue(100% charges for
the total rooms/package reserved inclusive of meals)
shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation
made within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the
event of NO SHOW.
